3. Definitions

"Our Services" means all tourism services offered by Best Travel International SRL, including but not limited to: organizing and selling travel packages, intermediating air transport bookings, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and other tourism-related services.

"Client" or "You" means the individual or legal entity that purchases or uses our services.

"Travel Packages" means the pre-arranged combination of at least two of the following services: transport, accommodation, car rental, or other tourism services.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

To make a booking, the client must provide all necessary and correct information. The booking becomes final only after confirmation from Best Travel International SRL and after payment according to the established conditions.

4.2 Prices

All prices displayed on the site are expressed in EUR or RON and include VAT. Prices may be subject to changes based on exchange rate fluctuations, changes in airport taxes, fuel price changes, or other similar taxes.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and cash at the company headquarters. For online bookings, a deposit is required according to the payment policy presented at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

5.1 Cancellations by Client

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing (email or mail). Cancellation fees apply according to the service providers' conditions (airlines, hotels) and may include:

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total value
• 15-30 days before departure: 25% of total value
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% of total value
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of total value

Note: These percentages are indicative and may vary depending on each provider's specific policies.

5.2 Booking Modifications

Booking modifications are permitted subject to availability and provider policies. Modification fees and price differences may apply.

6. Travel Documents

The client is responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.). Best Travel International SRL can provide informative assistance, but does not assume responsibility for non-compliance with documentary requirements.

7. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Best Travel International SRL can intermediate insurance purchases but is not responsible for their coverage or processing.

8. Liability and Limitations

Best Travel International SRL acts as a travel agent and tour organizer. Our liability is limited to organizing contracted services. We are not responsible for:

• Flight delays or changes caused by airlines
• Quality of services provided by third parties (hotels, restaurants, guides)
• Loss or damage to luggage
• Accidents or illnesses during travel
• Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances

9. Complaints

Any complaint regarding services rendered must be submitted in writing within 30 days from the end date of the trip. We will investigate and respond within a maximum of 30 business days.

10. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected is used exclusively for processing bookings and communicating with clients, in accordance with GDPR Regulation. For more details, please consult our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content present on this site (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Best Travel International SRL and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Changes to Terms

Best Travel International SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated by publishing the new version on the site. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts of Romania.
